Participating in our competitions is simple! Just create an account and follow these three straightforward steps: 1. Select a competition from our available options. 2. Decide how many tickets you'd like to purchase for the competition. 3. Receive your ticket(s) and get ready for the Live Draw!
Each of our competitions runs for a set duration. You can find all the details for each draw on the Live Competitions page of our website.
Our competitions are open to all UK and Northern Ireland residents who are 18 years or older.
The prize draw will occur on the date specified in the competition details. Whilst some of our competitons are automatically drawn from our website, other competitions you can watch the draw live on our social media channels via a live stream. Winners will be notified directly, and their details will be published on our website for each prize awarded.
The total number of tickets available for each competition is shown in the draw details. This number is fixed and cannot be altered.
The draw details show both the maximum number of tickets available and the total number of tickets sold so far.
Each competition has a set number of tickets available for purchase. Your chances of winning can be determined by the number of tickets you've purchased relative to the total number of tickets sold for that competition. The maximum number of tickets for each competition is fixed and will not change once the competition is live.
Once the payment process has been completed you will receive an email containing your ticket details. Your ticket numbers to all current and previous competitions will also show in your account section.
You can view your tickets and transaction history in the My Account section on our website.
Unfortunately, once a ticket is purchased, it is final and cannot be modified or refunded. If you would like to purchase additional tickets you will need to go through the purchase process again.

When you purchase your ticket, you will receive an automated email to let you know you have won an "Instant Prize". If this is Dynamic Dollars (Site credit) it will be added to you site wallet for you to use whenever you like. You will also be added to the winners list.
The ticket price for each competition is clearly displayed and will remain fixed throughout the sale period.

Winners will be contacted via the email address and mobile number associated with their registered account. You can also check the website after each prize draw, where the winner will be posted.
We will contact you to arrange delivery of your prize with you.
To maintain transparency and compliance, we would like to take a photo of you with your prize for the winners page on our website. If you'd prefer not to, please let us know.
Although we aim to provide the prize as advertised, we also give cash alternatives where possible.
