1. The Promoter

 

The promoter is: Dynamic Competitions (Company Number: 104089895), whose registered office is at 146 Lasgarn View, Pontypool, NP4 7SF.

2. The Competition

 

2.1 These terms and conditions apply to all competitions listed on the Promoter’s website: dynamic-competitions.co.uk (the “Website”).
2.2 The Promoter may offer different competition formats. Unless stated otherwise, an entry fee is payable for each entry.
2.3 To be eligible to win, entrants (“Entrants”) must correctly answer a Competition Question set by the Promoter. If a multiple-choice or easy question is provided, a free entry route will be available.

 

 

3. How to Enter

 

3.1 Competitions run from the Opening Date to the Closing Date specified on the Website (all times in London, England time).
3.2 The Promoter reserves the right to change these dates if necessary. If a competition does not sell at least 65% of entries, it will automatically relist for a set period chosen by the owner.
3.3 All entries must be received before the Closing Date. Late entries will be disqualified, and no refunds will be issued.
3.4 The maximum number of entries will be stated on the Website.
3.5 Entrants can enter multiple times unless a cap is specified. Bulk entries will not be accepted and will be counted as a single entry.

 

To enter:

 

(a) Visit the Website and view the Competition Question (if applicable).
(b) Complete and submit the online entry form.
(c) Purchase the required number of entries.
(d) Submit your Competition Question answer (if applicable).

3.6 Entries must be in English. Entries in other languages will be disqualified without refund.
3.7 Confirmation of entry and answer correctness (if applicable) will be sent via email.
3.8 The Promoter is not responsible for lost, incomplete, or delayed entries due to technical failures.
3.9 By purchasing entries, entrants agree to be bound by these terms.

 

Free Entry Method:

 

(a) Send your entry via first- or second-class post to:

(c) Include your:

     

      • Full name

      • Address

      • Contact number & email (d) Each free entry must be submitted separately. Bulk entries will be counted as one. (e) Free entries must be received before the Closing Date.

     

    4. Choosing a Winner

     

    4.1 Entrants who correctly answer the Competition Question will be entered into a random draw. Incorrect answers will not qualify, and entry fees will not be refunded.
    4.2 The random draw will take place within 7 days of the Closing Date.
    4.3 All entrants will have their names and entry numbers included in a spreadsheet, which may be published on the Website and visible during the live draw. Entrants can opt out by emailing the Promoter at least 48 hours before the draw.

    5. Eligibility

     

    5.1 Competitions are only open to UK residents aged 18+, except:

       

        • Employees of the Promoter

        • Employees of agents/suppliers involved in the competition

        • Immediate family members of the above

      5.2 The Promoter may require proof of eligibility. Failure to provide proof may result in disqualification.
      5.3 Entries that are computer-generated or incomplete will not be accepted.
      5.4 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entrants who act against the competition’s spirit or who are abusive.
      5.5 No refunds will be given if an entrant:

         

          • Later finds out they are ineligible.

          • Becomes ineligible due to a rule change.

          • Is disqualified for any reason.

          • Claims fraudulent use of their account.

        5.6 Entries will be voided if an entrant engages in:

           

            • Fraud

            • Misrepresentation

            • Hacking or interference with the Website

            • Unauthorized use of Website code

           

          6. The Prize

           

          6.1 Each competition prize is described on the Website.
          6.2 If the Prize becomes unavailable, a substitute prize of equal or greater value will be provided.
          6.3 The Promoter is not responsible for the Prize’s value, condition, or accuracy of details on the Website. 6.4 Prizes may be supplied by third-party suppliers.
          6.5 Cash alternatives are not guaranteed.
          6.6 The Prize is non-transferable and non-negotiable.
          6.7 If the Prize is a vehicle:

             

              • Supplied as-is with no warranties.

              • Comes with a valid MOT (if required).

              • No insurance, road tax, or safety equipment included.

              • Winner is responsible for obtaining necessary licenses and safety gear. 6.8 Dynamic-Cash prizes can be used only on the website. Withdrawals are allowed only when £75 or more is accrued.

             

            7. Winners

             

            7.1 The Promoter’s decision is final.
            7.2 The winner will be contacted via phone or email within 28 days of the draw.
            7.3 The winner’s full name will be published on the Website. Entrants can opt out by notifying the Promoter before the Closing Date.

             

             

            8. Claiming the Prize

             

            8.1 Prizes must be claimed personally (no third-party claims).
            8.2 If personal details change, notify the Promoter at info@dynamic-competitions.co.uk.
            8.3 Cash Prizes will be transferred to the winner’s bank account, requiring proof of account ownership within 14 days.
            8.4 The Promoter is not liable for unclaimed prizes.

             

             

            9. Limitation of Liability

             

            The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death arising from prize use, except in cases of negligence.

             

             

            10. Data Protection & Publicity

             

            10.1 Personal information will be used only for competition administration.
            10.2 Winners agree to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes.
            10.3 Winners must provide proof of identity to claim the prize.
            10.4 Entrants can opt out of publicity by notifying the Promoter before the Closing Date.

             

             

            11. General

             

            11.1 The Promoter may amend these terms at any time. The latest version will be available on the Website.
            11.2 Any breach of these terms may result in disqualification.
            11.3 The competition is not sponsored by Facebook.
            11.4 These terms are governed by English law.
